Anna Brady Marcus is a writer and media-maker. She is the author of After Alice (in pre-publication), a novel inspired by the true story of her maternal grandmother and three generations of mothers and daughters contending with a cycle of abandonment. The experience of writing about her own family history led her to launch Anchor Your Legacy LLC in 2017 to help others tell their personal and professional stories. Current projects include producing a grandfather’s memoir; a digital slide show for an artist’s retrospective; and an oral history project for a synagogue’s centennial. She lives in Beacon, NY with her husband, daughter, and small dog.
